I'm Angela Orora, The Practical Mystic, a spiritual channel, a psychic medium, healer, #1 international best selling author, mentor and teacher.  I chose Cariad Spiritual as my business name as it reflects who I am, a loving spiritual being. (Cariad is a Welsh word which means love or sweetheart). In essence I'm a Light Worker, The Practical Mystic supporting you to follow your life path with ease and grace to 'Be the Butterfly' of my logo.  My role is to support you to SOAR! Holistic healing is my passion (I first trained as a healer in 1985) and I work closely with other light workers and holistic practitioners to raise spiritual awareness and promote holistic healing. My personal mission is to make energy healing available to all to promote holistic wellness worldwide. I met Lauren at an incredible event called Ignited Women in October last year and we instantly connected and started chatting about working together.

Lauren

I’m Lauren, a Soul Psychologist, recovering workaholic and multi-dimensional creative. I worked in marketing in the corporate world for over 15 years, trying to fit myself into a system that simply didn’t work for me. I left my day job with Microsoft in late 2019, not knowing that 2020 would bring something else entirely.

I am the ultimate Phoenix Rising - after having to close down a co-working business & community I loved and built from the ground up due to the pandemic, and then a stage 3 bowel cancer diagnosis in 2022, it’s not been a straight forward journey. But all of this has helped me remove the masks, stop playing small and step into my greatness.

I have finally let go of the ‘shoulds’ that followed me from my corporate roles. I rebuilt my life around what truly mattered. Not speed or certainty - but rhythm, intuition, beauty, and space. I learned to move in spirals, not straight lines. Now I support other women to do the same. And I’ve been clear of cancer for coming up to 3 years. 🎉

Where & When

The day runs from 11am to 4:30pm, in central London with an optional informal after-party or ‘Celestial Cheers’ which you can chose to stay for if you wish when we move to the main area of the venue.

We have our own area within Miradora Garden Rooftop - a modern, plant-filled space on the 10th floor above Assembly Hotel on Charing Cross Road. With lush greenery and city views, it offers a relaxed yet vibrant atmosphere to unleash our inner Lioness.

Outline of the day

10:30-11am: Arrival and chat / coffee, receive your goody bag and printed version of your Inner Lioness Profile Astrology report

11-12: Waterfall meditation with Angela to clear and open our energy to Lions Gate magic

12-1pm: Meeting your inner Lioness via your Astrology with Lauren (includes printed version of your report which will be given to you on the day)

1-2pm: Delicious Lunch / Networking

2-3pm: Guided meditation to connect with your inner Lioness & Soul Purpose

3-3:15pm: Break

3:15-4:30pm: How to apply your insights into your work

5-7pm: Celestial Cheers! Optional after party at the main bar

FAQs

  • Lauren combines Astrology, Numerology and Human Design to pull together your unique ‘Lioness Profile’ - you will be sent this before the event digitally as long as you register at least 2 weeks beforehand. Even if you’ve had astrology / human design / numerology reports done before, this will be a unique combination and we will be exploring it further on the day.

  • If you are drawn to this event, trust your intuition! You just need to be open-minded and willing to explore your inner world. Some understanding of the basics of your astrology and Human Design would help - you can always book a 1:1 reading with Lauren before the event if you are brand new which will give you a good foundation to build on.

  • We have capacity for a maximum of 40 which fits comfortably in the space.

  • This is a day to hold space and allow new insights. and perspectives to come through. It is designed to spark your creativity and challenge places where you feel stuck by taking a step back and seeing yourself in a new light. We know it’s deep work which is why you receive the report to read through and connect with beforehand and we also have an integration call just over a week later to support you to help it land and take practical action. Both Angela and Lauren are really passionate about this giving you something tangible and actionable.
