I’m Lauren Jane, a Soul Psychologist who weaves astrology, Human Design, and numerology with psychology and lived experience. I have a deep love for working with cycles – from lunar rhythms to Saturn’s 7-year chapters – and guiding women to see how these larger patterns mirror their own inner journey.
This Winter Solstice workshop is close to my heart because I believe the end of the year is a powerful time to pause and reconnect with what really matters. My approach is gentle, intuitive, and practical – I’ll help you reflect on the year just gone, explore the astrology shaping 2026, and find your own sense of clarity as you step into a new chapter.
