For years, I tried to be who I thought I should be. I played by the rules, worked hard, and climbed the corporate ladder - only to realise the view from the top didn’t look or feel like home. So, I stepped off and began again.
I understand what it’s like to lose yourself in the noise of achievement, to dim your spark just to belong.
At 39 in 2022, everything changed. A stage 3 bowel cancer diagnosis shattered the life I’d built on expectations and pushed me into the deepest kind of truth. On the other side of surgery and chemo, I didn’t just survive - I met the woman I was always meant to be.
Through recovery, I found my way back to myself using Soul Mapping™. I released years of over-giving, perfectionism, and pretending to be fine. What rose from that was a quieter, stronger power - one rooted in honesty, creativity, and deep self-trust.
Now, I help other women remember who they really are too.
My new Ecosystem, Cosmicology™ which I’m launching in 2026, helps women who feel stuck, lost or overwhelmed understand themselves again, break old patterns and move forward with clarity and confidence.
