We have 1 or 2 Zoom calls depending which package you chose, the rest is via Telegram- this enables you to share real-time - known as asynchronous support.

I have been in some incredible Telegram-based containers myself and got profound transformations from it. It works for me because freedom and flexibility is important- I want to be able to participate whilst going for a walk or working from a cafe rather than being stuck behind a screen on weekly Zooms. Be open and come and try it if you’ve not worked this way before.

Yes, it is 1:1 with me. I expect you to self-lead in that I ask you to process first after taking on the tasks / experiments, so you bring something I can feedback on.

I will be picking up and responding to messages Monday to Friday normally between 10am-5pm UK time, but my hours can vary.

It is personal to you. It depends on what you bring to it. You might want to focus on connecting with your purpose, or it might be more around your energy levels as two examples. Once I review your intake form and we start connecting I’ll suggest key areas to focus on each month.

You can chose to stay longer- you can either upgrade to 18 weeks (so another 9 weeks) which is an additional £555, or you can add on an additional 4 weeks for £333.

Each person’s will be different, but based on your charts, and what you share with me, I’ll create an A3 sized piece of art shared as a PDF and printed version with affirmations, visuals, words and colours that link to your charts. You could print out as a ‘cheat-sheet‘ reminder of this work. I will send it towards the end of our work together, once I feel I’ve got a good read on your energy.
