About me - Your Energy Guide
I’m Lauren – oracle, channel, and creative alchemist.
I spent 15 years in the corporate world, trying to succeed within systems that never supported my natural energy flow. Long before that, school cut me off from the thing I loved most – I wasn’t allowed to continue with Art after 16 because I was deemed “too academic.”
For years, I buried that part of myself. But the call of my creativity never went away – it grew louder. I’ve been on a journey of reclaiming it through creative writing courses, art workshops, improv, even a paint-throwing experience. Each step cracked me open further, until I found myself creating oracle cards and guiding others to do the same.
In 2022, a stage 3 bowel cancer diagnosis forced a radical reckoning. At 39, with a young son and a lifetime of trying to fit roles that didn’t fit me, I could no longer ignore the truth. Illness stripped away the masks and showed me that the answer wasn’t more striving – it was more soul.
Astrology, Human Design, and numerology became lifelines. They gave me back my creativity, my intuition, and my voice.
Now I live and guide from that place – gently, powerfully, and creatively.
